Do you accept Aetna insurance in North Carolina or Texas?
Yes. I'm in-network with Aetna, including several Aetna-administered and partner plans, for clients located in North Carolina and Texas. Since Aetna coverage varies by specific plan, I confirm your exact plan during the consultation to determine the right billing platform.
Do you accept Cigna insurance in North Carolina or Texas?
Yes. I'm in-network with Cigna, including several Cigna-administered and partner plans and Cigna EAP, for clients located in North Carolina and Texas.
Do you accept Blue Cross Blue Shield or UnitedHealthcare in North Carolina or Texas?
Yes. I'm in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare (UHC), along with UHC Student Resources and UnitedHealthcare Global, for clients located in North Carolina and Texas.
What if my insurance isn't listed?
You may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I can provide itemized receipts (superbills) for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential partial reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
How I Bill
Because I'm in-network with such a wide range of plans, I don't bill everyone through one single system. I work with several different third-party billing and telehealth platforms, and which one applies to you depends entirely on your specific insurance carrier. That's the reason the consultation request form asks exactly which plan you have: once I know your carrier, I can confirm the right platform for your care and make sure your sessions are set up and billed correctly from your very first appointment.

If your insurance provider isn't listed, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I can provide itemized receipts (Superbills) for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential partial reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits.
Please note: insurance coverage varies by specific plan and employer group. I encourage all clients to call the member services number on the back of their insurance card to verify behavioral health benefits, copays, and deductibles prior to our first meeting.
